A
First of all, Spanish chat will give you a great opportunity to practice and be exposed to the language outside of the classroom. Secondly, if you are a Spanish 3 student and will be granted extra credit points. For a Spanish 4 students is a requirement to be met as part of the grade. As Spanish 4 student, you will have to attend to two of the meetings during the school year.

You will take grammar notes of them. Eventually, you will be able to use them throughout the year for test or writing a paper.
3)  Q Why do I need to keep my work from Spanish 3 and 4?
A
If you go to an out-of-state university, they might question the validity of your credits. So it would be great if you have a portfolio of your work!
4)  Q How many college credit can I get for Spanish 4?
A
Ten! If you are only planning on getting 5, then you will have to enroll in the Fall.

If you take four years of Spanish in the high school, you should be able to place in 3rd. semester college level.

If you are in Spanish 3, you could ear extra credit on the 1st Saturday of every month by going to Spanish chat. If you are in Spanish 4, you could attend more of the two required meetings.

Learning a foreign language is not only learning about the grammar or vocabulary. Culture is a very important part of a Language as well.
