K12itc will be operating a Help Desk from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You may reach them internally by dialing extension 3500.

You can fill out a Help Desk ticket by clicking on:
User ID: email address (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Password: network password
