The Mill Valley High School Silver Stars dance team experienced an amazing weekend at Kansas Spectacular.  The annual two day competition, January 23-24, 2009, drew more than 70 junior and senior high schools and private dance studios and thousands of spectators.  The event was held at Olathe East High School. Each Silver Star dancer represented Mill Valley High School with pride as the team performed seven solo routines, two duets, one medium ensemble, one small ensemble, one officer routine and four team routines.  

The Silver Stars team is led by coaches Jamie Pyle and Sarah Fritz.
